Introduction
Fibroids are a disease which develops abnormal growth on a women’s uterus. This is a type of tumor which sometime quite large hence causes serious pain and heavy periods. This is the only disease which haven’t any signs or symptoms because it is noncancerous disease at all.

- Leiomyoma’s
- Mommas
- Uterine mimosa
- Fibromas
According to the office record it is narrated that this disease arises up to 80% of women having age above 50. Thus due to without any symptoms most of the women don’t know that they have fibroids. Hence this disease is also branched out in different types here is the names of types with little explanation.
Intramural Fibroids
It is most common type of fibroids which is appear in the muscular wall of the uterus. If it grows larger then may stretch your womb.
Subserosal Fibroids
These fibroids are made on the outside of uterus that’s why it is called serosa fibroids or subserosal. It will grow enough to make the womb bigger from one side.
Pedunculated Fibroids
It is a type of tumor which develop a stem, stem is a slender base that support the tumor. For this base and support to tumor, it is name as pedunculated fibroids.
Submucosal Fibroids
It is not common as the other types of fibroids, hence it is serious tumor which develop in the middle of muscle layer.
Symptoms for the Uterine Fibroids
- Heavy bleeding during periods
- Pain in lower back as well sa pelvis
- Increasing out the urination
- Feel pressure and fullness in your lower abdomen
- Swelling
