Calcium?

Calcium is an important mineral. It is on the World Health Organization's list of essential drugs. It has very important purposes such as:

Maximum Lighting

There should be proper lighting around the houses and the area you are going to. Avoid dark areas, Avoid electric wires, loose rugs - chargers, etc. should not get in your way when running on any loose electrical cables. It can cause the downfall and cause serious damage.

Check eye sight

Go for proper vision check, while avoid going to unknown places outside - Never go alone in unknown places. There may be any pit or obstacle you are unaware of and this can in getting harm.
